  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  1. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and potentially similar technologies (like web beacons or pixels). Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use cookies for several purposes:

  • Necessary Cookies: These are essential for the website to function properly and securely. They include cookies used by our hosting platform (HubSpot) and security services (Cloudflare, Google reCAPTCHA) to manage sessions, prevent bots, and ensure basic functionality. These cookies do not typically require your consent. We also use an essential cookie to remember your choices regarding non-essential cookies made via our cookie banner.
  • Analytics Cookies: These help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting information anonymously or pseudonymously. We use Google Analytics and may use HubSpot's built-in analytics. These cookies help us improve our website and services. These are non-essential and require your consent, which you can manage via our cookie banner.
  • Functionality Cookies: If we implement features like chat (e.g., via HubSpot Chatflows), functionality cookies (like messagesUtk) may be used to recognize returning visitors and maintain chat history. These are typically non-essential and require consent.
  • Marketing/Advertising Cookies: If we implement advertising pixels (e.g., Facebook Pixel via HubSpot), these cookies help us measure ad effectiveness and potentially deliver targeted advertising. These are non-essential and require your consent.

You can manage your preferences for non-essential cookies through the cookie banner presented when you first visit our site. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking all cookies may affect website functionality. For more details on the specific cookies potentially set by HubSpot, please refer to their documentation (e.g., the "Cookies set in your visitor's browser by HubSpot" knowledge base article).

  1. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the personal information we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include measures such as using reputable hosting providers (HubSpot) and enabling SSL encryption on our website. However, no internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  1. Data Retention

We retain personal information collected through our contact form or other direct interactions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, follow up, provide requested services, manage our client relationship (if applicable), or as otherwise needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We will make reasonable efforts to delete your information upon your verifiable request, subject to our legal obligations (e.g., record-keeping for financial transactions) and legitimate business needs (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements). Analytics data may be retained for longer periods, often in an aggregated or anonymized form.

  1. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act/California Privacy Rights Act - CCPA/CPRA, and laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include:

  1. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 18 (or higher age as required by applicable law, such as 16 under GDPR or CCPA in some contexts), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
